- Sales Process Implementation
- Understand and implement the dealership's sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Interaction
- Own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery.
- Present and demonstrate inventory to customers.
- Inventory Management
- Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Market Share Growth
- Create and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
- Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership to ensure alignment with dealership goals.
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards.
- Professional Development
- Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification to stay ahead in the industry.
- Technical Skills
- Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to effectively manage customer interactions.
