About the Role

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Merchandise Products: Safely deliver and merchandise Frito-Lay's products to local stores, ensuring products are displayed and stocked according to company standards.
  • Sell and Promote Products: Sell and promote Frito-Lay's products to store managers and customers, increasing sales and market share.
  • Manage Inventory and Orders: Manage inventory and orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to stores.
  • Partner with Store Managers: Partner with store managers to increase sales, improve product placement, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
  • Lifting Ability: Must be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • DOT Physical: Must pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
