Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Camping World Holdings, Inc. As a key contributor to our enterprise-wide sales initiative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of activity and opportunities for our sales team.
- Employ various strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets, utilizing outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques.
- Effectively communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services.
- Utilize provided scripts and talking points for both initiating and receiving phone calls.
- Proactively make 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the primary objective of scheduling sales appointments.
- Utilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for efficient follow-up and tracking.
- Stay up-to-date with all ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions, aligning your efforts with marketing initiatives to leverage their impact on lead generation and sales conversion.
- Regularly track and analyze your personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements.
- Be receptive to coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by helping to proactively manage online reputation through review sites and social media outlets.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure total department symbiosis and ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale.
- VinSolutions experience is a huge plus.
Requirements:
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Results-driven and motivated for sales.
- Excellent customer service.
- Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals.
- Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Has prior CRM experience and is very computer savvy.
- Previous sales experience a plus.
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this role is: $22,000 - $64,000 which includes commission and overtime variable pay. Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k and more. Part-time associates are offered access to dental & vision coverage.
