Upon completion, you will become a dedicated Account Representative, focused on identifying and expanding new and existing business opportunities by presenting our customers with our innovative transportation services 24/7/365.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team and customers
- Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
- Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
- Work with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
- Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
- Become a subject matter expert for our new transportation services
Requirements:
- College degree preferred, but we have successful account representatives without one
- The determination to work harder than anyone you know
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to address conflicts
- Ability to work with the latest technologies
- An obsession with delivering exceptional customer service
