Role Overview:

The Territory Business Manager will report directly to the District Business Manager and will play a crucial role in enhancing product visibility and usage. This position is focused on achieving and surpassing sales objectives by cultivating strong relationships with healthcare professionals, collaborating with internal teams, and engaging with relevant stakeholders within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage business acumen and local market insights to build sales and customer networks.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of diseases and products to ethically promote Dermavant's offerings to healthcare providers.
  • Engage with physicians and key healthcare professionals in the assigned region to share clinically pertinent information and exceed product performance goals while adhering to all legal and compliance standards.
  • Utilize an understanding of the market and reimbursement frameworks to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Implement effective sales techniques and market strategies to drive product demand.
  • Adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape, employing critical thinking and strategic approaches to access customers.
  • Collaborate with field-based teams to proactively address client needs.
  • Utilize patient-centered clinical discussions to connect with all members of a healthcare office, ensuring exceptional customer service through comprehensive account management.
  • Establish and maintain active relationships within the Dermatology community and related organizations.
  • Represent Dermavant with professionalism, integrity, and compliance at all times.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a target-driven environment, with a preference for backgrounds in dermatology, medical devices, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.
  • Proven track record of sustained high performance in current roles and a strong capacity for learning.
  • A high sense of urgency, particularly regarding customer service.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the designated territory.
  • Ability to excel in a performance-driven, fast-paced, and results-oriented culture.
