Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Computing Concepts Inc. as a Senior IT Technical Support Professional. This is a hybrid role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring that their IT needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot desktop technologies and mobile devices, including personal and firm-issued equipment.
- Coordinate technology service offerings, including procurement, multimedia, mobile, telephony, and other services.
- Field non-standard technology requests and provide solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Perform home support visits as needed and provide technical support for quarterly meetings.
- Liaise with global IT service teams to support senior managers and communicate IT initiatives that impact service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of experience in the technology service space.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
