About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Digital and Technology Officer and team of senior directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively lead and prioritize the calendars of the CIO and President, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external collaborators, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate.
  • Prioritize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.
  • Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, to ensure efficient and stress-free travel for the executives.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Track and lead expense reports for the executives, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Handle critical and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in various projects and initiatives, providing research, data analysis, and administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Validated experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks optimally.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude.
Compensation and Benefits

CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE IM's applicable benefit program.
