Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Director of Business Development at Innowave Marketing Group LLC.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to business strategy and growth by working closely with executive leadership to drive revenue and expand our client base.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for targeted accounts, leveraging your expertise in relationship-based, consultative selling.
- Design and deliver creative, complete, and fun programs for clients, showcasing your ability to think outside the box and deliver results.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively to create sales plans and strategies, and independently to execute them, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Apply analytical, time management, and organization skills to prioritize and complete tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales within the incentive and loyalty industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Proven experience developing and building B2B sales with key executives, leveraging your expertise in relationship-based selling.
- Thorough knowledge of and experience in relationship-based, consultative selling, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Experience promoting a culture of motivation and enthusiasm that emphasizes both team and individual success, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
- English fluent and able to communicate professionally with all stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Physically located in one of the 50 states of the United States or Washington DC and authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
