About the Role

Lahlouh is a leading provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating new clients, and maintaining existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to showcase our comprehensive solutions
  • Provide plant tours to demonstrate our capabilities and expertise
  • Review print estimates and calculate pricing to ensure accurate and competitive quotes
  • Coordinate pre-production meetings for large or non-standard projects
  • Ensure accurate and complete job specifications are obtained from customers and relayed to project managers
  • Participate in brainstorming ideas and reviewing job dates with scheduling to meet critical deadline requirements
  • Review digital files, preflight reports, and proofs prior to sending to customers
  • Coordinate delivery of proofs, samples, proposals, and other materials to customers and follow up on their return
  • Follow procedures and maintain compliance with industry-standard requirements (ISO, FSC, SOC-2, etc.)
  • Conduct press checks, bindery checks, audits, and other quality control measures with or without customers
  • Work with manufacturing personnel to answer questions, offer guidance, troubleshoot problems, and provide support
  • Oversee large Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Manage sales administrative tasks, including processing expense reports, facilitating credit applications, reviewing contracts, providing sales forecasts, and addressing outstanding invoices
Requirements
  • Previous commission-based selling experience in the commercial print industry (5 years minimum)
  • College degree preferred (BA/BS) or extensive industry experience required
  • Computer proficiency with all Microsoft Outlook programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Above-average verbal and written communication skills
  • Personal car required for job; must be willing to travel, as needed, to support clients and be onsite at manufacturing plants
  • Client entertainment required (meals, work travel, events, etc.)
Compensation

$60,000-$200,000 annually (100% commission after first year guarantee, commissions average 7-9%); salary negotiable based on experience
