Lahlouh, a leading commercial print company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive business growth and expansion. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Qualifying new prospects and cultivating new clients
  • Maintaining existing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and delivering sales presentations to clients and prospects
  • Reviewing print estimates and calculating pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
  • Coordinating pre-production meetings and ensuring accurate job specifications are obtained from clients
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Reviewing digital files, preflight reports, and proofs prior to sending to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of commission-based sales experience in the commercial print industry
  • College degree preferred (BA/BS) or extensive industry experience required
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Above-average verbal and written communication skills
  • A personal vehicle for business use and a willingness to travel as needed to support clients and be onsite at manufacturing plants
Compensation

The salary for this role is $60,000-$200,000 annually, with 100% commission after the first year guarantee and commissions averaging 7-9%.
