Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our corporate office team in Warwick, RI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our leadership and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our leadership and staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Office Operations: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive Compensation: Starting hourly rate $22.
