Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding service daily.
  • Handle administrative tasks within the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing claims, and performing reception duties.
  • Oversee invoicing, document processing, and filing, along with minor hearing aid repairs.
  • Engage in promotional activities to enhance clinic visibility.

As the welcoming face of our clinic, you will ensure that every client has a positive experience.

Work Schedule:

This role involves working three days a week at one location and two days at another.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in a retail or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • A proven ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid background in administration.
  • A collaborative spirit with the capability to work independently.
