**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and team members.
  • Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
  • Process and manage accounts payable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
  • Assist in managing QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, estimates, and transactions.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Developed leadership skills with an understanding of team building and development.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated financial management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10+ and/or MAC OS.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Drive, and Docs.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software.
  • Previous experience in customer service, phone systems, and secretarial duties.
