Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients.
  • Set up new client accounts and maintain comprehensive client files.
  • Compile and manage billing documentation and reports.
  • Track accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Ensure precision in invoicing and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with sales and finance teams to gather necessary billing details.
  • Address client questions regarding invoices and payments.
  • Support month-end closing processes.
  • Adhere to company policies and billing protocols.
  • Assist during audits by organizing required documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Billing Coordinator or in a comparable position.
  • Proficient in MS Office and billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in billing practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address billing challenges.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to sit for extended durations.
  • Manual dexterity for operating office equipment.
  • Occasional lifting of office materials up to 20 pounds.
