Billing Administration Coordinator

Northeast Family Services is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing exceptional service to both clients and team members.
We are currently looking for a Billing Administration Coordinator to enhance our operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in generating daily billing and productivity summaries, organizing filing systems, and executing various administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate daily productivity summaries
- Compile weekly billing summaries
- Receive, categorize, distribute, and archive all incoming mail
- Process employee timesheets and enter data into billing systems
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Support billing personnel with research and reconciliation tasks
- Complete special assignments and reports as required
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work on-site
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude for analyzing processes and developing solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
