Job Summary:

Hamlin Knight is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Warwick. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting business operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Business Operations: Support the Customer Service team by inputting purchase and sales orders, preparing quotations, and covering various core functions efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Strive for continuous improvement in customer service processes and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless collaboration and resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Team Player: Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work quickly with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service Skills: Good customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Experience in data entry, customer service, and administrative support is an asset.
