Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of high-performing sellers within the marketplace.
  • Enhance and expand the seller's operations by leveraging insightful business analytics. Develop and implement tailored growth strategies that identify significant opportunities for the seller and the Marketplace.
  • Foster the seller relationship by advocating for their requirements within the marketplace.
  • Establish effective communication channels with sellers, set realistic expectations, deliver transparent status updates, and align efforts towards a comprehensive growth strategy.
  • Advise sellers on optimal business practices to ensure an exceptional consumer experience.
  • Evaluate pertinent data to derive business insights. Perform in-depth analyses and present data trends regarding the seller's current performance and potential opportunities. Generate recommendations and actionable plans based on analytical findings.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to address seller needs or expedite processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
