Job Overview

Role Summary

We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented individual to join our Seller Management team in Hyderabad. This position focuses on providing essential support to our Selling Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting sellers for diverse programs and managing seller relationships by advocating for their needs within Amazon.
  • Driving the growth of sellers' businesses by enhancing product selection and capitalizing on key business opportunities.
  • Leading improvement initiatives and projects: Collaborate with business development and onboarding teams to launch new products and extend relationships.
  • Working closely with sellers to optimize operational aspects of their businesses, ensuring an exceptional consumer experience.
  • Identifying potential partners, articulating the specific value proposition for their business, and fostering long-term, successful partnerships.
  • Monitoring and reporting performance using relevant metrics to meet productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
  • Analyzing data to extract key insights and drive process enhancements.
Basic Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) and 0 to 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in sales or account management).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.

Ability to engage with IT systems, including XML feeds and SQL/DW.

Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external partners.

A keen interest in e-Commerce and online business.

A desire to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

A creative and analytical problem solver with a commitment to operational excellence.

Experience with IT systems, including XML feeds and SQL/DW, is advantageous.
