Role Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will oversee a select group of high-performing sellers within the marketplace. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance and expand the sellers' operations by leveraging insightful business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated portfolio of top-tier sellers, ensuring their business objectives are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement tailored growth strategies that identify and capitalize on significant business opportunities for sellers and the Marketplace.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with sellers, advocating for their needs and ensuring they are well-represented within the marketplace.
- Establish effective communication channels with sellers, setting clear expectations and providing regular updates on their growth initiatives.
- Advise sellers on best practices in business operations to enhance the overall consumer experience.
- Utilize data analytics to derive actionable business insights. Conduct thorough analyses to identify trends in sellers' performance and potential growth areas, and present strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to address seller challenges and expedite necessary processes.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- Bachelor's degree.
