Role Overview

As a vital member of the Amazon Marketplace team, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals and businesses to sell their products on one of the world's largest online platforms. With over a million sellers globally, your contributions will significantly impact the success of our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seller Recruitment: Engage and onboard new sellers onto various programs, ensuring their needs are effectively represented within Amazon.
  • Business Growth Management: Drive the expansion of sellers' businesses by enhancing product selection and identifying key opportunities for growth.
  • Project Leadership: Spearhead key initiatives and projects, collaborating with business development and onboarding teams to launch new products and extend seller relationships.
  • Operational Improvement: Work closely with sellers to optimize their operational processes, ensuring an exceptional consumer experience.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and approach potential partners, clearly communicating the unique value propositions tailored to their business needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on performance metrics, striving to meet productivity and seller satisfaction goals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to extract insights that drive process enhancements.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Computer Science or Business) with 0 to 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, XML feeds, and SQL/DW is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, capable of engaging with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Genuine interest in e-Commerce and online business dynamics.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Creative and analytical mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Experience with IT systems and data management tools is a plus.
