Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for overseeing the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
  • Prepare and review account reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Lead the preparation of B&O, sales, and other tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Coordinate year-end financial statement preparation and audits with external audit firms.
  • Help implement new accounting standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, such as monthly consolidated financial statements and quarterly compliance certificates for lenders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including V-lookups, Sum-ifs, and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience with Netsuite, FloQast, Concur Expense, and Coupa is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
