Senior Account Manager

At Alera Group, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our Property and Casualty team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client relationships and develop strategic plans to meet their insurance needs.
  • Manage a large book of business, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Collaborate with producers and other account managers to achieve team goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and carrier requirements to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex client issues.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on property and casualty.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and agency management systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines insurance.
