Key Responsibilities:- Develop sales presentations and prospect for new accounts to drive business growth.
- Provide clients with product services and information to meet their needs.
- Maintain client pricing and payments, A/R management, client correspondence, P/L reports, quality assurance support, and industry and trade show participation.
- Establish relationships with prospective clients and seek out new business opportunities.
- Work with the Director of Business Development, Project Managers, and Engineering Supervisors to review and improve account programs.
- Manage sales growth, volume, and profitability through analysis and solution-based programs.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or business administration.
- 8+ years' sales experience in HVAC commercial service and/or building automation.
- Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment.
- Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
- Financial acumen, inclusive of cost modeling for sales proposals.
- Experience in developing technical and cost proposals.
- Independent decision-making is required.
- Computer skills using MS Office required. Strong Excel skills are required.

Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation time and 56 hours of sick time per year, plus 9 paid company holidays per calendar year.
