Job Summary

We are currently searching for a new, full-time member for our team for the position of Business Analyst. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to solicit, define, and document system requirements. They will work with the technical staff to decompose software requirements into User Stories in an Agile Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements
  • Decompose software requirements into User Stories in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Participate in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Participate in testing

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience leading requirements gathering discussions with different stakeholder groups
  • At least 3 years of experience in requirements documentation
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Office
  • 1 year of experience developing diagrams and drawings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing User Stories in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Experience managing requirements in Microsoft DevOps or TFS
  • Experience developing Test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
  • Experience developing full SDLC documentation

Clearance Requirements

  • This position requires the candidate to have an active Secret clearance
  • Candidate may start with Interim clearance
