  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing issues with the Maximo system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of Maximo solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Maximo and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of experience as a Maximo Business Systems Analyst, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and customizing the Maximo system, including modules such as finance, procurement, inventory management, and human resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex business issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • IBM Certified Deployment Professional – in Maximo Manage v8.0 or latest version is required within the first 90 days after being hired.
  • Security+ Certification is a plus.
