The organization is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with over 6 years of expertise to facilitate the improvement and maintenance of offender management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and analyses of existing business systems.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to operational processes.
  • Gather and assess user requirements alongside system necessities.
  • Utilize various techniques for requirement elicitation, including brainstorming sessions, data mining, document analysis, and user interviews.
  • Create and refine requirement documentation such as Field Definition Matrices, Business Rules, and Interface requirements; perform gap analyses to align current requirements with business needs.
  • Drive collaborative efforts to support organizational change management and facilitate risk assessments.

  • Oversee user acceptance testing in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, with a focus on customizing form behaviors using JavaScript.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to build positive working relationships within the organization.
  • Experience in implementing cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Understanding of business analysis principles, including risk assessment interpretation.
  • Ability to produce requirement-related documentation such as test cases, requirements traceability matrices, and business rules.
  • Experience in managing security access and user profile management.
  • Collaborative approach to working with various teams and vendors to ensure thorough documentation of requirements.
  • Proficient in analyzing both functional and non-functional system requirements.
  • Experience in re-engineering business processes and integrating new applications with existing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in non-technical terms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in creating comprehensive business and system requirements documentation.
