Sprezzatura Management Consulting is on the lookout for a proficient and seasoned Functional Analyst. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of their field, demonstrating a robust capability to evaluate current systems, pinpoint enhancement opportunities, and facilitate the creation of innovative software or services. This role encompasses the dissection of intricate requirements, conducting gap analyses, and proposing effective solutions. A profound grasp of business operations, technical documentation, and change management is essential to ensure the successful rollout and execution of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Evaluation and Enhancement:
- Assess existing systems to uncover areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Execute gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current functionalities and desired results.
- Advocate for and implement new software or services that meet organizational requirements.
- Requirements Analysis:
- Dissect and simplify complex requirements into actionable components.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure clarity and mutual understanding of requirements.
- Transform business needs into functional specifications that direct the development efforts.
- Functional Design and Documentation:
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications, including wireframes, flowcharts, and process diagrams.
- Collaborate closely with developers to guarantee adherence to specifications.
- Supervise the development process to ensure alignment with established functional requirements.
- Change Management:
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions during system upgrades or new implementations.
- Oversee configuration settings to uphold system integrity and performance.
- Monitor system performance, detect variances, and suggest corrective measures as necessary.
- Quality Assurance:
- Validate the functionality of final products to ensure compliance with specified requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing to confirm that solutions align with business objectives and specifications.
- Identify and rectify any issues or discrepancies prior to the final product launch.
- Documentation and Training:
- Generate technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and other relevant reports.
- Ensure documentation is precise, clear, and accessible to all pertinent stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to users to aid in the adoption of new systems or processes.
Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in system analysis, functional design, and requirements analysis.
- Strong aptitude for conducting gap analyses and recommending viable solutions.
- Experience in crafting functional specifications, wireframes, and flowcharts.
- Familiarity with change management and configuration management methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Competence in technical documentation and report generation.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
