Position Summary:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in the Application Software Development (ASD) Team, contributing to various projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and system performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, verify, and manage system requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to support product development, testing, and delivery.
  • Develop detailed documentation including requirements specifications, workflow analysis, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with developers and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment with business and system requirements.
  • Facilitate technical presentations and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Maintain high standards of application quality, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 11 years of experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
  • Proficiency in software requirements analysis, including the use of modeling tools and requirements management software.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
