Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess 11-15 years of experience in the field. This role involves acting as a Business Analyst with a strong track record in gathering, validating, and managing requirements alongside maintaining requirements traceability to support product development, testing, and delivery.

Key Duties:

  1. Define and articulate systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a comprehensive understanding of business systems and industry standards.
  2. Develop or adjust procedures to address complex challenges, taking into account computer equipment capabilities, operational time, and desired outcomes.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of business and user requirements, document findings, and translate them into appropriate system requirements specifications.
  4. Provide expert consultation on intricate projects and be recognized as a leading contributor/specialist in various phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of technology applications in current and future environments.
Essential Skills:

Experience in identifying requirements, capturing use cases and scenarios, and creating visual tools, analytical tables, and presentations is essential.

Experience Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with business process analysis, redesign, workflows, and complex logic (Required: 11 Years).
  • Prior experience in a business analyst role for web-based case management, user portals, or data capture applications for human services (Required: 5 Years).
  • Strong analytical capabilities, effective time management, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required: 11 Years).
  • Proven background in a Business Analyst/Business Data Analyst role (Required: 11 Years).
  • Exceptional writing, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior management (Required: 5 Years).
  • Familiarity with modeling tools such as Visio and requirements management tools like Contour or Jira is advantageous (Required: 5 Years).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment alongside developers, customers, project managers, and quality test analysts (Required: 5 Years).
  • Experience in gathering and documenting system and business requirements (Required: 10 Years).
  • Proficient in MS Office/PowerPoint (Required: 11 Years).
  • Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (Required: 11 Years).

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field or equivalent experience is required.
