Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in functional analysis, business process enhancement, or systems analysis
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations or upgrade initiatives
  • Familiarity with project management practices and tools
  • Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of Veterans Affairs systems or healthcare-related projects
  • Understanding of system testing, debugging, and performance enhancement
