Position Overview:

The organization is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with over 6 years of expertise to enhance and support management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and evaluations of existing business systems.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process enhancements.
  • Gather and assess user requirements and system necessities.
  • Utilize various techniques for requirement elicitation, including brainstorming and document analysis.
  • Create and analyze requirement artifacts such as Field Definition Matrices and Business Rules.
  • Facilitate organizational change management and perform risk assessments.
  • Contribute to the development and review of project testing plans.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.
  • Define application roles and access rights, collaborating with vendors to fulfill project objectives.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, with knowledge of JavaScript for form customization.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships within teams and with external partners.
  • Experience with cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Understanding of business analysis principles, including risk assessment interpretation.
  • Ability to produce requirement-related documents such as test cases and use cases.
  • Experience in managing security access and user profiles.
  • Skilled in analyzing both functional and non-functional system requirements.
  • Ability to re-engineer business processes and assess integration with existing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information in non-technical terms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in developing business and system requirements.

This position requires full-time onsite work.
