Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a high-level understanding of business processes and dependencies for a specific work stream.
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions at a conceptual level, ensuring effective business-to-IT translation.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to deliver high-level functional specifications.
  • Utilize business process modeling tools, such as Mega, to design and optimize business processes.
  • Anticipate and suggest organizational and process improvements based on business requirements.
  • Apply expertise in financial services and mortgage industry experience to drive business growth.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in business process modeling and analysis.

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on business process modeling and analysis.
  • Proven expertise in financial services and mortgage industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling tools, such as Mega.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
