About the Role

Vaco LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Associate to join our Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability, and establishing and developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Establish and maintain a target list of clients, conduct prospecting activities, and generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, business leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum 0 to 18 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Bullhorn or similar CRM systems.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $67,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
