  • Prepare and review intricate client statements and reports for senior management review.
  • Compile client meeting packages to facilitate discussions.
  • Address general accounting inquiries and manage complex accounting tasks, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding client service by adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
  • Maintain effective communication and foster relationships with managers, clients, agents, and legal representatives.
  • Assist associates and new team members in grasping client-related processes and accounting principles.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required by the business.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping for corporate and high-profile clients.
  • Prior experience in a senior or supervisory capacity is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of general ledger functions, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
  • Familiarity with royalty payment processes.
  • Experience with AgilLink and QuickBooks software/QBO is highly desirable.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and effective communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Proven ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and cultivate positive client relationships.
  • Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
  • Capability to mentor and lead new team members.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
