Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Professional - Business Analyst to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a Business Professional - Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by analyzing data, building financial models, and providing subject matter expertise to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements and assess prioritization and impact to the business
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise in build out of requirements and ensure clear and detailed requirements are gathered and documented
  • Engage relevant functional and technical teams for design, development and testing activities around stakeholder requirements
  • Assist in the development and reporting of key performance metrics to help drive increasing Sales productivity
  • Work directly with GTM Planning, Reporting and Analytics Senior leadership on business-critical reporting needs
  • Extract data sets, perform analyses, build financial models to support pipeline, coverage, renewal or other initiatives on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence
  • Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
