About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Executive to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Ltd. As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, delivery, and relationship management, to ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance metrics, including sales activities, net new MRR appointments, proposals, managed services quota attainment, and client retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in the IT services market to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in the managed IT services or IT services industry.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
