Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through innovative sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships.
- Utilize industry expertise in Reconstruction Restoration, Plumbing, Mitigation, and Water Damage to identify business opportunities and provide solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify and mitigate risks that may impact business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients to showcase our services and expertise.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the business and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-up and exceptional customer service.
- Translate proposals into ready-to-sign contracts and own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
Requirements
- Strong background in Reconstruction Restoration, Plumbing, Mitigation, and Water Damage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
