Technical Sales Specialist

We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Contract Manufacturing clients in the vibrant regions of Orange County and Inland Empire. We seek a proactive and solution-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to our customers, fostering relationships and enhancing account engagement by effectively promoting our extensive product offerings.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of existing customer accounts to understand their historical interactions and future requirements, ensuring optimal product recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with our Power Sales Engineers to address power, thermal, and battery-related opportunities, aiming to secure new business and design registrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Work in tandem with our Inside Sales Team to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer service experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a technical customer-facing role within the industry.
- Proficient in general computer applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English grammar and professional tone.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $115,000, with actual compensation dependent on various factors including experience and skills.
