Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and driven Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. This role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition and is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for the organization. The Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and extending job offers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct weekly recruitment check-ins with hiring managers to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Create and update detailed job descriptions and specifications.
  • Prepare and post recruitment materials on relevant job boards, colleges, and other channels.
  • Source and recruit candidates through databases, social media, job boards, and other platforms.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and applications using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Conduct thorough screenings to filter candidates within the recruitment timeline.
  • Train global entities on recruitment processes and obtain updates.
  • Provide weekly global recruitment metrics to the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
  • Deliver updates on new and closed jobs, as well as hired candidates.
  • Assist in creating recruitment templates and documents.
  • Facilitate payroll services for new global hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
  • Ensure agency partners comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate job openings and hiring needs to agency partners and evaluate their performance.
  • Negotiate terms with recruitment agencies, ensuring they understand and promote the company's culture and values.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes through screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Monitor temporary employees' attendance and performance in collaboration with managers.
  • Work with hiring managers to determine job offer details, including salary and benefits.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the approval process for job offers, ensuring all necessary sign-offs are obtained.
  • Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires, including IT setup and announcements.
  • Set up workstations and necessary equipment for new employees.
  • Gather feedback from new hires about their onboarding experience to enhance the process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve the recruitment process.

Benefits

At Identiv, we prioritize pay fairness. Your base hourly rate is established within a specific range based on various factors, including geographical location, skill set, educational background, and work experience.

The hourly range for this position is between $40 and $60 an hour.
