Position Overview:
In this role, you will commence your day early, managing a designated sales route to effectively sell, deliver, and showcase the complete range of Guayaki Yerba Mate products to various retail establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a specific sales territory, nurturing existing client relationships while seeking new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers through consistent visits and outstanding service.
- Maximize sales potential by effectively promoting company offerings and understanding customer requirements.
- Construct and display product presentations within each account, ensuring optimal visibility of Guayaki Yerba Mate products.
- Guarantee precise product delivery and manage inventory efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Achieve or surpass established sales goals and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, meeting all DOT driving standards.
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Additional language skills are a plus.

Compensation:
The estimated pay for this position is $22.12 USD per hour, with additional sales commissions and variable pay plans based on performance.
