As a dynamic organization with a workforce exceeding 400 across North America, we pride ourselves on a high-performing team dedicated to our customer-centric vision. In light of our ongoing expansion and achievements, we are in search of a Field Sales Representative specializing in electronics distribution. The selected candidate will engage with our OEM and Contract Manufacturing clientele within the designated regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted business partner to clients, fostering relationships and enhancing account engagement by promoting our extensive product offerings.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of each customer's history and needs to recommend optimal product solutions.
- Collaborate with our Power Sales Engineers on power, thermal, and battery projects to secure new business opportunities and design registrations.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with suppliers to meet our customers' requirements effectively.
- Work closely with our Inside Sales Team to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a technical customer-facing role within the industry.
- Proficient in general computer applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of grammar and professional tone.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Compensation Overview:
Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $115,000
Compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The final base pay and any applicable incentives will be determined at the time of the offer.
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the definition of a U.S. Person as outlined by ITAR, which includes U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders), Political Asylees, or Refugees.
