Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Alpek Polyester USA, LLC. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead and manage a team of compensation and benefits professionals to ensure effective implementation of total rewards strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
