Spectrum is seeking a skilled Compensation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our compensation department, you will design, administer, and support compensation programs that align with our business strategies and talent objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data analysis and generate insights to inform compensation strategy
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation plans and recommend new plans
  • Assist with the design and maintenance of compensation models
  • Support the year-end compensation process and training requirements
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop and implement compensation programs
  • Identify and resolve compensation-related issues and deliver work products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation administration
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Finance and accounting experience
  • CCP certification
  • Quantitative degree
  • Project management experience
