Position Overview: We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Hotel Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the hotel team to efficiently manage labor costs and operational expenses while ensuring guest satisfaction remains a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of hotel costs, including supplies, utilities, food and beverage, and labor, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Facilitate ongoing training for service and technical skills to promote successful daily operations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all hotel areas, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Supervise the housekeeping department to ensure effective daily operations.
  • Analyze financial reports to assess property performance against budget and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster open communication and collaborative relationships with team members, ensuring feedback is valued and addressed.
  • Recruit and hire team members who exhibit strong skills and leadership potential.
  • Encourage a commitment to exceptional service among team members and lead by example in all guest interactions.
  • Act as a guest advocate, addressing operational issues and enhancing overall satisfaction.
  • Monitor service behaviors and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Utilize guest feedback and survey results to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure that the property meets franchise standards and maintains a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience preferred.
  • Experience in Food and Beverage operations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams within a hotel environment.
  • Strong coaching and training abilities.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Extensive financial knowledge and business acumen.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in leadership roles.
  • Strong time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities.
  • Customer-focused approach to enhance employee and guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods as needed.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.
