About the Role

Naman Hotels, a leading hospitality company, is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Culture Development: Assist the General Manager in creating a service culture that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, coach, counsel, and discipline team members according to Naman's standards.
  • Training and Meetings: Attend and/or conduct all training and meetings as required by management.
  • Quality Control: Inspect rooms and public areas daily to ensure high standards of quality.
  • Guest Services Management: Manage and train the Guest Services department to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Guest Relations: Manage guest relations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales team in generating revenue and driving business growth.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as requested by management, including strong organizational and computer skills.
Requirements
