About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at RISE INC FAMILY. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring seamless communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through daily interactions via phone and electronic communication.
  • Analyze, track, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process incoming and outgoing paperwork and electronic communication with high accuracy.
  • Register potential and existing customers using various databases.
  • Manage confidential and time-sensitive documents, maintaining a complex filing system.
  • Work independently with limited supervision, prioritizing tasks according to urgency and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a working ability to comprehend internal and external applications, software, and guidelines.
  • Handle conflict and difficult customers, de-escalating situations as needed.
  • Review and process emails, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college courses or degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Proficient with 10-key by touch.
  • Ability to work well with numbers.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to lift and transport mail daily.
  • Advanced computer skills, including email composition, document attachment, and data manipulation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Data Entry background with high accuracy.
  • A high standard of integrity and sound business ethics.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
