About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental car services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with various aspects of the rental process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment, navigating multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and achieve team goals.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid Driver's License
