Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, recording important information, and communicating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Record important information from customers and book calls as needed
  • Communicate with team members to ensure effective service delivery
  • Meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction goals to ensure customer retention and uphold the company brand
  • Provide timely feedback to management on any issues or needs
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of call center experience preferred or previous customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of computers and ability to navigate through software applications
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
