About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Customer First Solutions in Hoover, AL. As a valued member of our company, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing their insurance policy needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and support to customers regarding insurance policies, claims, and inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates.
  • Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to address customer needs and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to effectively communicate information to customers.
  • Document and track customer interactions and inquiries in the company's CRM system for future reference and analysis.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
