Allwyn North America is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Illinois market.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about sales and relationship-building. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement account plans, leveraging your knowledge of retailer needs to drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the Key Accounts team to recruit new accounts and drive sales growth.
  • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage client records and databases.
  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders on sales progress and account activity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a traditional retail environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • This role requires regular travel throughout the State of Illinois.
Salary

$90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
